A few months ago, we purchased my girlfriend's 2012 Honda Civic LX from Chris Sandoval at Galpin Honda. Both my girlfriend and I were so pleased with the service, we decided to try Galpin Honda again. This time around, I was searching for a 2013 Honda Civic LX. We went on a Superbowl Sunday, and unlike another dealer i had visited earlier in the day in Simi Valley, Alen Bagdasaryan was right there upon our arrival to assist us this time around. I had brought a quote from a competing dealer, and Galpin did not even hesitate to not only match the quote, but beat it! Unfortunately I was not able to take home the vehicle that same day, but the following day Alen kept his word of following up with Chris to see if we could get a better deal. In the past, I've had several dealers blow off the customer if the deal didn't go through on the customer's end. Yet, the following evening I received a call from Alen telling me Chris was able to find me something better and already had my new civic waiting for me. With these two experiences at Galpin, I don't ever plan to go to any other Honda dealer for future purchases and will refer all my friends who plan to buy a Honda over to Alen and Chris. I didn't have a car so Oscar had Silas, another Rep pick me up from my house. when we got to Galpin, Silas started me off. I had a budget of under $10K, but really my comfort level was $5K and below. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have more selections in the 5 and under pricepoint, BUT they did have this one beauty. a very CLEAN, well maintained 2001 trade in. Oscar and Silas worked tirelessly with me and the management to get the best deal that we could all be comfortable with, and (several) hours later, I walked away, a happy customer, with my new car!!
