I was referred to Alen by a family member who recently leased a car from him @ galpin honda. I connected w/ Alen via text before heading in during the busy President's Weekend sales event. He greeted me promptly at the door and offered us a drink while we waited for him to grab the paperwork. Negotiating a fair deal was quick & painless, and I didn't feel like he was trying to rip me off (i did my fair share of gathering price quotes from different dealerships). Being a busy weekend, I had to wait until a finance manager was available to have me sign the final lease papers. Alen checked up on me every 15 minutes, would give me an update on my turn in line, and was always offering refreshments. After all the papers were signed, he showed me all the features before letting me drive off the lot. He was super pleasant to work with and I felt like he genuinely cared about me & my new car. All around great guy & employee. More

I can't say it enough times, but just the mere idea of buying a car makes me anxious. A very sweet salesperson, Michael Fogelman, introduced himself to me and let me know if there was anything I needed, any questions at all, he would be more than happy to help me out. He didn't hover around like a vulture, which made me feel at ease and when the time came that I wanted info on the civic (which i found to be at a great price and really nice looking) he answered any little neurotic question I had and told me about all the awesome features. I really have to say, Michael Fogelman IS the guy to see! He's nice, not pushy and beyond informative about all cars. Thank you again Michael for a great experience!! I had been contemplating investing in a new vehicle for a few months now so my dad, Scott recommended I test drive a Honda Accord. Jimmy and I are big fans of Danica Patrick and racing so we both understood what I was looking for in a car. He explained that the Accord is equipped with the performance, technology, and elegance I wanted and it proved to be true once I drove the car.
