I recommend him highly and everyone should pay him a visit. He is the only person that I had seen taking so much passion for what he does, regardless of the compensations that is involved. I watched him after we made a deal, he started to put the entire show room chairs and tables together saying that tomorrow when client starts to come at least the place looks organized. Then he waited for hours with us through the entire time until we sat down in the new car and drove away, his personal attention skills reminded me into how much this person is taking pride to do his job just like if this business was his own. After daily searches on autotrader, craigslist, and dealership websites for an Odyssey Touring, I started to contact salesmen laying out our situation and criteria. Most of them including 2 from Galpin Honda worked on it for a day and I never heard from them again. Almost giving up hope I gave it one more shot at Galpin. MARTIN picked up the sales call, heard what we were looking for, and was on point. Delivering exceptional customer service with every follow up call; providing updates and keeping us in the loop. The day came when it was my husband's only day off in the week in which Martin should have been off as well. Martin came in and met us along w/our 3 little girls. He was nothing but attentive to our family breaking up what should have been a long 5 hr visit sitting around a dealership. Thank You Martin! You are awesome!!! Sofia allowed my wife & I to take extended test drives on the freeway to get a good understanding of the Pros/Cons of the Accord. Negotiation went well, although the AAA price they originally quoted was too high for me. Fortunately, they came down to the KBB fair purchase price & we were able to make a deal. I could have done a little better on price with Internet Sales, but I want to let Sofia make the deal because she spent the time helping us decide to buy. Glen was good explaining the car features, but unfortunately my cell phone went dead & he couldn't set it up. He still walked me through the setup process to use once I got my phone fixed. Haven't used the service department yet, so I can't rate it. Hope I don't need any service, except oil changes & normal maintenance. More

Galpin Honda treated us like royalty & family when we bought our recent Honda Pilot. We have bought previous honda's from them in the past. They are the best of the best & made the process of purchasing a car easy & stress free. Our sales rep was Gee, who is the sweetest, most honest person who truly cares about your needs. Ed Hartoonian who is the manager there also made us feel comfortable. We chose our car, got our old car appraised, and went home. The rest of our deal was done through lots of phone calls while we were home taking care of the kids. A day later, the car was delivered to our home by Gee, the financial paperwork was signed at our kitchen table and our trust in Galpin and car buying was renewed. I will no longer go to another dealership and feel as if I am a member of the Galpin Ford family. They treat you the way all dealerships should treat you. And....if you go in....ask for Gee! He's the best they have & will treat you like family too. More
