My first car-buying experience was as pleasant and smooth as I could have hoped for, thanks to the wonderful associates at Galpin Honda. I went to the dealership at 7 p.m. after work that day, and stayed till 12 a.m. Despite it being so late and the fact that most of the salesmen and staff had been working since morning, I never once felt rushed or less assisted. Our sales consultant was Martin Teymouri and he was very professional, personable, and informative. I already had a car in mind so he took me directly to that car and as we took it out for a test drive, he showed me all the features the car has to offer. Once I decided to make the purchase, the paperwork went smoothly and Martin sent off the car to get detailed so it would be squeaky clean! Before heading home, he again went over all the features of the car with me, and patiently taught me how to use them i.e. pairing my phone to the Bluetooth system, adding speed dial contacts, etc. He wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable and happy with my car. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this dealership and our Sales Consultant, Martin Teymouri to anyone. You will not be disappointed! More
