I had procrastinated on purchasing a vehicle because I did not want a car payment and I didn't want to spend my entire day at the dealership buying a car. He showed me vehicles, we went for a test drive, he worked on the numbers for me, and in a short period, we were able to come to an agreement. It took a lot longer for my insurance company to send me my proof of insurance! Other than that, I was out of the dealer and in a new car fairly quickly! I loved the positive experience at Galpin and I'm telling everyone I know! More

I don't usually write online reviews, but after having such a positive, far from typical car buying experience, I decided to write my first one about Galpin Honda. :) I chose this dealership based on the stellar reviews I received from two close friends who have purchased cars from Galpin Honda within the last two years. They referred me to Sunny, who was in Sales at the time but has since moved to the Finance department. I was introduced to Brooklyn and couldn't have asked for a better salesperson! Brooklyn was absolutely amazing...he was friendly, professional and helpful but never pushy! He helped me find a great car that perfectly fits my needs. When it was time to start the finance process, it was Sunny who took over. He explained all of the extra options but never tried to push anything on me. Brooklyn and Sunny made the entire process as quick and hassle free as possible. I will most definitely refer my friends and family to Brooklyn, and my next Honda will be purchased at Galpin! :) More
