I gave the rating I gave because this dealership and customer service salesman went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted at a better than average price. I used several websites to price the car we negotiated on and the price I was able to negotiate was well below the average. Maz even personally drove to the other side of the valley to pick up the car from another dealer, had it washed, and made sure we were happy with the car before we drove it home. My family and I had plenty of free coffee at the dealership, plenty of drinks and they were well prepared for anything that came up. When there was a hiccup with the paperwork, they even offered to buy us dinner at a local restaurant. Thanks a bunch to Maz and the team at Galpin Honda. Keep up the good work. Abel More

He is a very patient person who simplifies the decision by asking you questions that you didn't even consider asking about but for some reason you knew that it was in the back of your mind and he offers you different solutions which makes buying the car you want one of the most amazing easy decisions you will make! I was helping my son look for his first brand new car, preferably a Honda Civic. As I was driving one Friday afternoon, 2 brand new Honda Civics were in the street, one by my side and the other on the opp preferably a Honda Civic. As I was driving one Friday afternoon, 2 brand new Honda Civics were in the street, one by my side and the other on the opposite direction, with Galpin Honda plates. I thought to myself if this is a sign for me, why not give it a try (although I had contacted different dealers before that). I called the dealership right away and talked to Michael Fogelman. I gave him the info (how much to put down, affordable monthly payments, etc). We went that same night and provided him info which unfortunately, it was too late for anything from the bank's end so Michael told us he would call us the next morning. Well at first, I got impatient so I had to call him which he said he's still waiting for the bank's approval and will give me a call back. An hour later, I got a call from him saying that we got approved so we went there (with my son, of course, and my husband). That same day, my son drove his first brand new car! Michael was very helpful and was true to what he promised. We are very pleased with the experience! Family thumbs up! More
