I am so happy with the purchase of my brand new 2013 Honda Civic. Not only was Alexander able to get me out of my old Civic and into a new one for a lower monthly payment, but my new Civic has many more Honda Civic. This is our second time leasing with Alexander Tumasov from Galpin Honda. We live in central California and it takes 3 hours to get to Mission Hills. The first time we leased we were in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half. We have bought many cars before and it has taken us almost a day to get out of there. We traded in our Odyssey lease for a new Pilot lease and it was so easy it only took 2 hours! My mother has leased two cars from them as well and we will only do service with Alexander from Galpin Honda from now on. Everyone is very professional and I am so excited about my new car! They showed me everything that the car provided and walked me through setting up the bluetooth, music, a/c etc. It was overall a wonderful experience for the second time! So when I decided to buy my first car, I already decided to fend off any sales talk from sales rep by preparing a Kelly and their eye xxxxx. Period. I considered Honda Accord, Chevy Malibu, Toyota Camry and Ford Fusion. True to my expectation, sales people applied a high pressure tactics, for me to buy their car right there and then. Because I am prepared, they all failed. But there is one sales person that caught my attention, Mr. Enrique Beltran of Galpin Hondan from Mission Hills. Instead of high-pressure tals and facial expressions, what I got is all smiles. He just smiles when I insist on my pricing. He shows so much patience when I asked minute details comparing all the car models that I considered. I finally bought a Honda Accord, due mainly to the smiles and patience of Enrique explaining the competitive edge of Accord with the competition. After driving the Accord for more than a month, I can say I made the right decision. Thanks Enrique, the guy that will treat you more as a friend rather than as a customer. More

I went in with an attitude, oh here we go again...I hate car dealerships, I hate all salesmen all they want is to sell you a car and they don't give a care in the world about you and what they can help you with...blah blah blah! As my husband & I browsed around looking for a 2013 Honda EX-L, Brooklyn greeted us and helped us right away. He showed us around the lot on the different Accords they had on the lot. We then took a test drive and he ensure us that he would do whatever he can to help us out. The way he approached us and how he put things in prospective put me a ease. I didn't feel like he was being wayyyy too pushy like some of the other salesmen. He understood what we wanted and what our concerns were. I just wanted to be known that if anyone is looking for a car I highly recommend working with Brooklyn. He answered alot of questions we had, if he didn't have the answer he would try to find it for us. He spent at least 3 hours helping us. Even though we did not end up getting a car with him (which I totally feel bad about), we just wanted it to be known that he was awesome! He didn't just brush us off because we didn't buy/lease the car, he actually continue to be in a calm and still talked to us and he even walked us out the door to our car. Not alot of salesmen would do this. Once you say no, most of them don't even want to deal with you anymore. Because of Brooklyn Maaliki, we had the best customer service experience with Galpin Honda and would go back &/or recommend anyone we know who is looking for a great car buying experience. More
