I had a great experience purchasing my first vehicle at Galpin Honda. Being age 20 and just graduating from college, I didn't stop by the dealership with the mindset of actually buying a car, I just wanted Galpin Honda. Silas saw us looking around, asked us for help and invited us to come inside to discuss pricing and potential payment options. They were very hospitable; they offered drinks and asked if they could get us anything. I knew I wanted a Honda Civic and I had an idea of how much I would to pay a month and how much I wanted to leave for a down payment, and the dealership made it happen! I was very satisfied with our payment agreement (that obviously excluds government taxes haha). The entire process took long (agreeing on payments, the paperwork, receiving the car and having someone show us the basics to operating the car), we were there for about 4 hours. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I would Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I'm rating Galpin Honda 5 out of 5 stars on all ratings simply due to the salesperson Alexander Tumasov. While other dealerships/ salespersonnel tell you that they are giving you the best they can ratings simply due to the salesperson Alexander Tumasov. While other dealerships/ salespersonnel tell you that they are giving you the best they can give, none of them has ever made me feel like a friend rather than just a source of income. Alexander not only tries to address all of your questions or concerns but also provides his cellphone number after the sale to allow you to contact him regarding any issues or concerns you may have after you've bought a car from him. Regarding follow-ups for any issues, Alexander actually walks you to the appropriate person who can help you with specific concerns instead of pointing you to a direction and telling you to look for Mr./Mrs. Someone. Alexander also gets to know his customers well, you wont feel like all he's there for is to take your money and make you take a car away from the lot. Previous car buying experiences felt like you were being rushed to sign everything so they can make the sale while Alexander on the other hand makes the experience feel like just hanging out instead of rushing to push you into a vehicle. Alexander addresses concerns in a way that you won't feel left hanging in the air. Aside from walking you to the person you need to deal with, he stays with you to learn of your concerns whether or not he can help you with that concern.
