Most positive car buying experience I have ever encountered. I am usually suspect of dealerships and rightfully so considering all the horror stories out there. My salesman Edison was extremely professional and helpful from the start and really made me feel at ease. Edison didn’t waste my time or use high pressure sales tactics and I never had to talk to any pushy managers. Trust me when I say I am a very difficult buyer to satisfy but Edison remained really patient and friendly the entire time. He is very honest and straight forward and doesn’t play any games! I was extremely impressed with Galpin’s sales Dept. but the most important aspect of a car buying experience is the PRICE. I did research on the car I wanted to buy beforehand and knew what I was willing to pay. Out of 4 southern California Honda dealers I visited, I received the best price on my 2013 Honda Accord V6 from Galpin, and to top it off they gave me the best offer on my trade-in, more than any other dealer including carmax. Edison is extremely professional and followed through with all promises he made. I even returned the same week for a taste of the service dept. since I needed to get my deck lid spoiler installed. The wait time was very short, my service person was great and I was out of there with my deck lid spoiler before I could make good use of the comfy seats. They even have a coffee bean inside the dealership that offers free coffee when you show them your service ticket. If you are looking for a car DO NOT waste time with any other dealer. I was able to receive top dollar for my trade in and below MSRP on my purchase.
