The dealer has a bigger selection and a greater variety than other dealer locations (Kolbe, Mission Hills, Woodland Hills etc) to name a few. I was actually only looking and had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle, but once I saw the price of the fully equipped SI I changed my mind and decided to trade in my old SI for a brand new vehicle. The dealer is also clean, well lit, organized and has some amenities that I never expected for a Honda dealer (gourmet coffee, snacks, kid’s area). The sales rep “Nick” has such a great attitude and helped us get a great deal on a great car. I really liked the “no-hassle/ no pressure” approach, the price was another selling point, and the trade in value they gave my old civic was very good. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to buy a Honda for the first time, second time, or whatever your needs may be. The email communication to finalize the quote with N'nette was good and she answer all my questions. So I went to Galpin to get the car. One thing that was very clear that Galpin does care for their customers every step of the way from the quote through to delivery. I interacted with three individuals: N'nette (the sales person), Mark (the business/legal guy), and Armen (the delivery guy). The service from all three of them was great but N'nette was outstanding and made me feel that I am valued as a customer. I never felt that I am buy an low-cost car. I now do understand why Galpin does a lot more business then any one else in the area. I strongly recommend everyone interested in buying a car. More

We looked at the Honda CRV. The dealership offered us what we wanted for the 2012 Ford Focus we owne3d. We negotiated the purchase price but could not really come to terms. Tabitha offered us the opportunity to lease the vehicle. After careful consideration we decided to give it a try. We leased a new 2013 Honda CRV. My wife is really pleased with her new car. We are both very pleased with the customer service by Tabitha and the team at Galpin Honda. By far the best car buying experience that we had and it's not even close. We first dropped in to test drive the Accord and the fit. We explained that we were short on time and weren't looking to buy that day, but Pete Collie was extremely helpful and took the time to introduce the cars and explain the features during our test drives. At no point did he push us to buy that day and it was very relaxing experience. We loved the Accord so we came in a couple days after and Micael Johansson was great in walking us through the entire car buying experience. He was extremely patient, attentive and worked with us to get the down payment and financing application worked out. Even going to the finance office was relatively painless as Chris got us in and out of the process pretty quickly. There was very little upselling and they were not pushing us to add extras to make the payments higher, which is a very different experience from other dealerships who can sometimes keep you in finance for a few hours. For comparison, I actually went to a Toyota dealer the following day and it was a nightmare…slimy salesmen, hidden costs, difficult negotiations, and the Camry isn't as polished as the Accord. The reviews are spot on here, Galpin honda has awesome customer service and a great sales team. We love our Accord and I'm actually looking forward to getting a second Honda from them. More

I just purchased a 2013 Honda Fit and could not be happier with my new car. She made me feel comfortable and never pressured me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I was at the dealership for 8 hours, which I could have done with making that a little bit shorter, but nonetheless the time spent was well worth it and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda.
