Galpin Lost my floor mat won't replace it unless I pay h WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT GO TO GALPIN!!!! I took my accord for a oil change 2 weeks ago I had called before going and they said they can take c WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT GO TO GALPIN!!!! I took my accord for a oil change 2 weeks ago I had called before going and they said they can take care of me if I arrive before 5pm. I showed up at 4:40pm and waited 20min for them to tell me that they can't take care of me and to come back. The manager Mr. Haul called me and gave me a exterior detail which was great but when they vacuumed my car they forgot to put back my front floor mat and they can't find it so I'm missing a floor mat because of them so you would think that they would replace it right? NO they have not replaced it they actually want me to pay half for new floor mats. Why should I pay ($50) for the mistake they made! I can't believe this dealer treats there customers this way! When you take your car for service you expect it to come back in the same condition NOT missing floor mats and expecting you to pay half is disgusting as a customer because without customers they wouldn't be in business. This dealer is ridiculous I highly recommend you go to another dealer where they won't turn you away or misplace your floor mats and blame you for there mistake. More

Great Service from Mr Chaudry Ahmed @ Galpin Honda I met Mr Chaudry Ahmed from Galpin Honda at the LA Auto Show in November 2013. Since then he has kept in touch with me about my plans. Fast forward I met Mr Chaudry Ahmed from Galpin Honda at the LA Auto Show in November 2013. Since then he has kept in touch with me about my plans. Fast forward 6 months to May I set an appointment with Mr Chaudry Ahmed to inquire about a 2014 accord sport. They were super busy and in between he was keeping me informed and working to meet my car choice and the price. He was very courteous, kept offering me food and drinks from the store. He was not pressuring to buy something that I did not want, he was patient as we test drove the car and answered my questions thoroughly. I will be visiting Galpin again to change my van as long he is still there. It very hard to find people in sales who put customer service first. Thanks Mr Chaudry. Keep up the first class work ethic.
