They made me wait for 4 and half hrs and ripped me. (a) The Honda Civic LX I bought was supposed to have ambient light sensor to automatically light the headlamps, however I realized after driving the c (a) The Honda Civic LX I bought was supposed to have ambient light sensor to automatically light the headlamps, however I realized after driving the car home that it wasn't there. Now I have to go back to the dealership and fight for it. Such a mental aggravation. (b) I signed the car purchase at 5:00 PM and they made me wait for 4 and half hours and finally they made me sign all the papers at 9:30 PM. What a waste of my time. (c ) Be cautious, there are finance Managers such as David Godina, who during the final paper work tried to sell me Honda Care for $4700. He is a liar and is dishonest. I bought Honda Care 2 years ago when I bought the 2012 Honda CR-V and therefore I knew the price of the Honda Care package. REMEMBER, THERE ARE LIARS AND DISHONEST PEOPLE THERE. (d) While during the paper work he asked me who I was buying the car for and I told him that it was for my wife. His response was "Ok, so she is relaxing at home, while you are doing the hard work". Wonder why he had to make such comments about another man's wife. He has no right to say nothing. (e) In response to what he said above, I told him that my wife is at home taking care of our newborn baby. A sensible, good person would congratulate on hearing this, however, DAVID GODINA's comment was "I'm better off being in office than being at home". How irresponsible and unreliable he must be. You want to buy from Galpin Honda, make sure you look into everything and hopefully you will get a sensible, truthful, honest finance manager to finish the paper work. More
