Great customer Service! Seems slightly disorganized. Over all the experience was great! With a few snags in the road. I went in to by a new Honda Fit after major car accident. I ended up paying MSRP ( Over all the experience was great! With a few snags in the road. I went in to by a new Honda Fit after major car accident. I ended up paying MSRP (which I was quoted) plus extra for the already installed security system and tinted windows. I wasn't huge fan of this but to be perfectly honest I didn't spend much time haggling them on it ether. The security system I am told will get me a discount on my insurance anyway so that may help. Liz my dealer was super sweet and worked hard to get me the best deal on financing. I ended up being able to get 0% financing after my mother co-signed which was a good deal. The finance department was super nice as well. The only thing they tried to actively push was the extended warranty. But I said I wasn't interested and she understood. The only major problem i ran in to with how the Co- signing was handled. My cosigner is out of stated so they had to fedex the papers. I asked if they could get the papers sent out that day (saturday) because I was paying for a rental that day forward and wanted the car as soon as possible. They said yes, of course. They did not get the paper out until Tuesday. Obviously me (and my mother who was going on vacation at the end of the week) were not happy with this. When we expressed our concern however, Liz was super nice and offered a few option to offset the extra car days. Including switching the rental over to the rental service they have so they could pay for it. That didn't work for my schedule so in the end she offered to pay the amount for the rental starting the day I would have originally gotten the papers if they were sent out Saturday. So over all even though I wasn't a fan of the situation, they took ownership of their mistake and tried to accommodate me. More

What a great, speedy process We came to Galpin for our second lease! We were thrilled to see there level of service hasn't changed at all. We were immiidietly greeted by a sales p We came to Galpin for our second lease! We were thrilled to see there level of service hasn't changed at all. We were immiidietly greeted by a sales person named Enrique. He took me through the whole credit application. I don't have the best credit and it was a difficult situation. Turns out I had to wait for Honda's approval. I came into the dealership and it happened to be Enriques day off. We asked what to do at the front desk and we're immediately greeted by a new sales person who knew our Whole situation and also had been in contact with Enrique. His name was Jorge. He got this deal closed for us. We did put a good ammount of money down but we wanted the Honda EXL which is a bit more pricey. We were caught in a tough position with Honda finance but Jorge worked it all out and made it as painless as possible. As with any car dealership it's always going to take a few hours even half a day but he got in and out in two hours. We will come back here for our third lease! See you on 36 months Jorge & Enrique. More

Galpin Honda is Awesome! Bought an Accord recently, really happy with my new car, got a pretty good deal with it comparing to KBB's fair purchase price. The dealer Javier was Bought an Accord recently, really happy with my new car, got a pretty good deal with it comparing to KBB's fair purchase price. The dealer Javier was awesome, he is really patient with people who don't understand cars. We test drived the V4 and V6, and looked at the ones with different features, and I was able to purchase the Accord that best fits me, instead of buying a whole bunch of useless accessories. After I purchased the car, he even contacted me to see if I have any questions . Unlike normal dealers who just run back and forth to the manager department wasting your time and not lowering the price, we got through the process really smoothly and quickly. It took like three hours to go through the financing process, which is probably is slower than average, other than that, everyone there was really friendly, got (unlimited, technically) free food too! I would definitely recommend my firends and family to look for Javier if they ever want a Honda car! More
