He fulfilled all my needs in order to get the car I want and for the price I got it for. Knowing that stick shift is rare and hard to get, Michael still went out of his way to get it for me. He was very patient, very friendly, funny and easy to talk to. What I liked most was that he never once pressured me or gave me a hard time. My overall visit at Galpin Honda was a great experience. Not only was Michael awesome but every employee was friendly and helpful, especially Julie in finance. I highly recommend Galpin Honda in Mission Hills. Ask for Michael Fogelman. You won't regret it! Sam Danho is a great sales man I don't really take time and go online to write a review and survey. It's just hard for me with work and three kids and anything els in between. Chaudry, wants the customer to embrace the buying experience by encouraging the customer to feel what it is like being part of the Galpin Honda family. For example, he worked with me for several days before I decided to buy my second car in just shy of a month time frame. I bought a Nissan Sentra sedan. I sold my previous car to CarMax in Burbank. Chaudry, offered to go and pick me up from CarMax . He even helped me unload all the things I had in my old car. Chaudry, helped me on September 13, 2014. He worked with me from around 12:30pm - 8:30pm. Thank you Chaudry for making my buying experience a true Galpin Honda family experience! More
