brand new 2015 civic My namr is jesus castillo ....So I purchased a brand new 2015 civic 18 days ago a xmas gift for my wife o on the 29 my wife has been compliment that t My namr is jesus castillo ....So I purchased a brand new 2015 civic 18 days ago a xmas gift for my wife o on the 29 my wife has been compliment that the car smalls like the breaks are burning so I tell her it's a new car she said no I didn't smell like that when u brought it and I drove it for couple days but now it's smell strong I let it go that same day the tire message went on for 5 days and would not go off tire pressure are normal so now my wife, don't feel safe in this car do to an accident she had in the past were the breaks would not stop and got hurt and sued nissan cause they said it's normal then I get lied or told some bs about tire pressure l. So then my wife says, get, a different model and accord I said I'll talk to the my sales guy RICK see wat happens it's been sense 1\3\15 on my bday I had to do all this, take it to the dealer get bs and never got a, call back so today I will go to the dealer and see what, happens More

My only complaint is the long 2.5 hour wait to see the finance manager. I understand it's a busy holiday weekend, but then you should employ more people in finance dept. on busy weekends. No one should have to wait this long as it makes the overall experience much less enjoyable. More
