He is a true gentleman and provided us excellent service. Our first day at Galpin we were just there to look at the new 2016 Accord and check out colors and features. Paul spent over 1.5 hours with us, driving us to the offsite car lot and stood in the 100 degree plus heat while we were sitting in the air conditioned car so that we could check out every single feature we were interested in. He never pressured us to make the sale that day. When we contacted him, he was prompt and got us the best deal. The day of the sale went smoothly as well with no gimmicks or pushy sales tactics for those last minute dealer add-ons. I have purchased many cars for myself and my family and Paul truly has been the best salesperson I have dealt with over the last 10 years.
