I was apprehensive at first about leasing as I have read I had a very pleasant experience with Galpin Honda and I couldn't be happier with my new car. I was apprehensive at first about leasing as I have read probably dozens of horror stories about dealerships in days past, but my sales representative, Chris Lingao, was there to guide me through every step, and compared the differences between buying brand new or leasing. Chris made the transition into a new vehicle a breeze and didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision until I was ready. Suffice it to say that I love my new car, and it was a pleasure to work with Chris and will certainly be doing business with him in the future. If you are in the market for a new Honda, do yourself a favor and go see Chris Lingao if you enjoy being treated like a human being and desire exemplary customer service! More

Came here and was treated so kindly by Hugo Lopez and Sunny - they paid off my remaining balance on my Hyundai lease, and got me into a new Honda that very day. The Best Customer Service I Have Ever Had From a Dealer I leased a Honda Civic SE on 11/15/15 for my son and was more than pleased with the entire experience. I live an hour away and wanted to make sure th I leased a Honda Civic SE on 11/15/15 for my son and was more than pleased with the entire experience. I live an hour away and wanted to make sure the dealership had the specific car we were looking for. Aside from giving us a verbal description of the car and cost, our salesman, Yusuf Fuad, went above and beyond by sending us several photos of the car, including photos of the interior dash, back up and side cameras, etc., so we could have a visual before we made the drive out to the dealership. On the day we picked up the car, everyone in the dealership, including the gentleman who fine tuned the final lease numbers and the gentleman who processed the closing paperwork/contract for us were solicitous and prepared for our transaction. Prior to leaving, our salesman, Yusuf Fuad, explained all the features of the vehicle to my son, paired his phone and made sure that he was well prepared to safely leave the dealership with his new car. I have always dreaded the car buying process, but the service I was provided at Galpin Honda has changed my view. Thank you to all. More
