My intentions were just to familiarize myself with the different Civic models and understand the pricing of each with the different accessories offered by Honda. Considering being a female and not knowing much about cars I was skeptical meeting the sales consultant because they're infamous for being a bit pushy at first encounter. Unlike other consultants I have met Hugo was the opposite. At the first handshake and hello I knew that Hugo would be genuine about making a sale. Knowing that my intentions were not to buy that day Hugo provided me with enough information based on my interests and needs. For the next few months he followed up by suggesting when the most convenient time to make the purchase would be. I finally decided to make the purchase after my 98 Civic DX decided to take its last breath. I came back to Hugo and he helped me lease a 2015 Honda Civic SE for a great monthly price! I cannot thank him enough for making this process an easy one for me. Right off the back he did everything he could to help us & make our experience easy as it was our first time buying from a dealership. The whole process with him was amazing because you can tell he really wanted to help us & not just make a sale!
