Excellent car buying experience - great cars, great people I had the privilege of working with Julio ("JC") Calderon in the purchase of my 2014 Honda Pilot. He was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. O I had the privilege of working with Julio ("JC") Calderon in the purchase of my 2014 Honda Pilot. He was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. One of the things that stood out for me was that JC went out of his way to make the best use of my time by sharing part of the test drive/search process with his associate, Sam Mesrobian (also a great guy). This ensured that the process was a quick and efficient as it could be. I really appreciated that. Even our experience with the finance dept. was stellar! Then, after the purchase of our car, I talked to Don Worrell, the Parts Dept. Manager to ask about accessories. He brought out some items to me that I had asked about and was able to explain my various options. If you couldn't tell by my enthusiasm, I can honestly say that had an exemplary experience at Galpin Honda and they've won my business for years to come. More

Excellent Car Buying Experience Unfortunately, the used car that I have been using for the last 10 years finally gave up on me and was not worth repairing so I was finally in the mar Unfortunately, the used car that I have been using for the last 10 years finally gave up on me and was not worth repairing so I was finally in the market for a new vehicle. I was initially assisted by Kelli McGregor and Kathy Cong after putting in an inquiry over the internet and was then helped in person by Rhyner Era. My car buying experience at another dealership left a bad taste in my mouth, but these guys washed it all away with their excellent customer service. Rhyner was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and also went out of his way to locate the exact car I wanted in their huge inventory. I was not pressured and felt at ease throughout the whole process. I definitely would purchase a vehicle again through them and HIGHLY recommend Rhyner to others looking for a vehicle. Special thanks also to Kathy for her assistance - I'm sure she would've provided the same excellent customer service if she was working the day I went in. :) More
