Loving my new car! After months of being unsure of whether or not it was the right time for me to purchase my first vehicle , I can happily say that I finally did it! I After months of being unsure of whether or not it was the right time for me to purchase my first vehicle , I can happily say that I finally did it! I went in to Galpin Honda in Mission Hills unsure of how to go about buying a vehicle but right when you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and made to feel at ease. I was helped by Sylvia Gamarra and not only was she helpful but she was really patient as well. She walked me through the whole process and answered the many questions that I asked. Never once did she make me feel pressured into buying anything. After looking at a couple of cars, I fell in love the 2016 Honda Civic LX model and I decided that this was indeed the car for me. I made up my mind on what color I wanted and Sylvia showed me some spreadsheets and what I exactly I was looking to pay if I were buy that day. The whole process went by so smoothly. She didn't make me feel like I was purchasing from a salesperson but rather from a friend. Thank you Sylvia! I am thoroughly enjoying my new car. More

I just leased a car with Michael Fogelman and I could I am writing this review after the best experience I've had with a car salesman and dealership. I just leased a car with Michael Fogelman and I couldn't be more pleased. He was extremely friendly and courtous with my concerns and needs. When Galpin didn't have the car I wanted in stock he helped me to order the correct car. He contiually followed up with me about the progress of my car and eta. When the car finally arrived he seemingly dropped everything and was totally focused on me and getting me my new car. I was soo excited and rushed out to pick the car up and he had it sitting in front all gassed and cleaned for me. His calm demeanor helped to calm me during the excitement of a new car purchase. The negotiation and paperwork process was straight forward and I was driving my car home within 2 hours. The team of managers at Galpin didn't waste my time and offered me a fair price that was far better than I had been quoted from other dealers. They even let me keep my old car in their lot for a couple days until I could get a ride back. The cleanliness of the facilities and overall friendliness of the employees at Galpin was a breath of fresh air. I have leased cars from other LA dealers and always left with a bad taste in my mouth. I remember my father had a similar experience at Galpin some years back and it looks like its still the same attitude at Galpin. I will be looking no further than Galpin for all my future car purchases and leases. I intend to use the service center as well. Thank you Michael for getting me exactlly what I wanted and for your thoroughness in handling my purchase from the moment I walked in the door to the day after asking me how much I liked the car. The service person sent me to Sylvia Gamarra which she greated me with a big smile. She took me around to see the 2016 model, explained the differences and new features. She took me in to see the trade in value of my car and she definitely got me a good price. So I decided to proceed with the trade in. Sylvia was great showing me the numbers and trying to get me the lowest monthly which she did! She was very professional and friendly. I would recommend here to anyone trying to get Honda!
