The Magnificent SEVAN Over the past several weeks, as my old lease (a blue 2013 Honda Accord LX sedan) was coming to an end, I reached out online to many SoCal Honda dealer Over the past several weeks, as my old lease (a blue 2013 Honda Accord LX sedan) was coming to an end, I reached out online to many SoCal Honda dealers to find the best quote on a new lease (for a 2016 Honda Accord sedan, either LX or EX). But of all of the dealers that I reached out to, there was only one that I seriously considered. This dealer stood out above the rest. And, really, it wasn't the dealer so much as the internet salesperson who reached out to me: the amazing, incredible, awesome Sevan Behjou of Galpin Honda of Mission Hills! While other dealers dodged my detailed questions and just tried to lazily rope me into coming down to their respective lots to trap me into a deal -- as if I would fall for that(!) -- Sevan was different, and better, and incredible. Why? Because Sevan gave me what I wanted: FACTS, INFORMATION, and NUMBERS! She was straight with me, and she was real. She was knowledgeable, and caring, and interested. And she didn't try to strong-arm me. We went back-and-forth via email going over numbers and offers and options. I had many follow-up questions and I even dropped out of contact for a few days. But Sevan stuck with me, and when I was ready I came over to Galpin Honda to meet her and decide on whether I'd be going with an LX or an EX. When I told her that I was really interested in a blue EX, she personally saw to it that a blue EX came over to the lot to be there when I arrived. And when I finally met Sevan, I found her to be even more amazing, awesome, professional, and perfect than when I'd been emailing with her. We test drove the EX, but I still wasn't sold. I'd loved by LX so much over the past 3 years, and I wasn't sure that I really need the EX. But with Sevan's intelligent, beautiful guidance and support, I ultimately decided on the EX. And she made the numbers work for me so that it was an INSANELY incredible deal. And the EX was exactly the right choice. Having driven it now for the past couple weeks, I'm in love. It's got Apple CarPlay, which is amazing, but also things that I thought I didn't even care about but that now I can't even imagine living without: the keyless entry/SmartKey system (for doors and trunk); push-button start; the LaneWatch (blind spot) camera; and a dope moonroof! I drove off of that lot with the coolest car, exactly the car that I wanted. And that only happened because of The MAGNIFICENT Sevan. In 1960, there was a movie called "The Magnificent Seven," and I hear that they're re-making it this year. But they must have spelled the last word of the title wrong, because there could be nothing more magnificent than SEVAN, of Galpin Honda. She really deserves her own movie, or a whole series of them, so after they make "The Magnificent SEVAN," they really need to make the sequels, with titles like "SEVAN: Wonder of the World," "I Rolled Lucky SEVANS" and, finally, "SEVAN(th) Heaven." And even if they did, I doubt they could capture the full scope of Sevan's intelligent, caring, informative, and awesome salesmanship. In short, Sevan Behjou gave me the perfect car-leasing experience, and for that I will be forever grateful. I thank her and everyone at Galpin Honda for giving me everything. And if you're looking for a Honda, then my advice is to do yourself a favor and go talk to Sevan Behjou at Galpin Honda. You won't regret it, and your life will be better for having done it. More

Best First Car Buying Experience Ever I had my first car buying experience at Galpin Honda; before this I had nothing but used cars and only saw buying a new car as a heavy economic burden I had my first car buying experience at Galpin Honda; before this I had nothing but used cars and only saw buying a new car as a heavy economic burden. My experience at Galpin Honda though changed my entire perspective on buying a car. I was very nervous and felt unsure about what I was getting into until I met Chaudry Ahmed; he was a very professional sales representative that was willing to invest time explaining to me all my different options and answered all my questions. I started off on the defensive and ended up being very grateful for the deal that he worked out for me. I have barely been working my credit for 9 months and wasn't able to put a huge down payment but Chaudry still was able to get me an excellent deal and made me feel very comfortable about the investment I made on a brand new 2016 Honda Civic LX. I honestly didn't think I was going to walk out with a car because I thought my credit score and down payment were too low but after talking things out he explained to me that I had more options than I initially could see. I wasn't considering leasing but after talking things out I was able to see that leasing it was an optimal way to build my credit and try out break up my purchase into two more manageable contracts. First a least and then a to buy contract. Whenever I needed space to talk things out with my girlfriend he patiently backed off and allowed us to discuss between ourselves. He fought very hard to give me a what I believe to be very reasonable monthly payment. He showed me all the different options and what I would be getting myself into depending on the different vehicles I would try to get. As we got closer to financing he made me a promise on a monthly payment and he ended up getting me an even lower payment. When I got to financing I was delighted to meet Oliver Lopez; he made the financing department a pleasant experience. I honestly thought this was going to be the hardest part but he explained all the different packages to me and what the requirements were to maintain the limited lifetime powertrain warranty. He never pressured me into a package and even threw in some extra oil service for free. After a few minutes with these guys all my anxiety went away and I ended up having great time working out the details while sharing anecdotes about life and having good laughs. Once I get comfortable I start joking around a lot and Oliver was a great sport about it. Chaudry was so nice too, he offered my girlfriend and I a lot of advice. As a plus, he threw in tinted windows, an alarm, and low jack for free! I have to reiterate, I walked into Galpin nervous and scared and walked out happy and confident about my purchase. Next time I go to buy a car, I'm definitely going to Chaudry and if you want to a buy a car, go to him too. He will get you the best deal and treat you with respect. More
