My partner spent all-day that Saturday calling every Honda dealership in the greater Los Angeles area and everyone kept giving her the runaround on a lease. They either wouldn't budge on the price of the car or some didn't even bother talking to her once she said she wanted $0 down (yea, I'm talking to you Honda of Santa Monica). I found Kathy through all the great reviews on Yelp and after my partner called her, we both knew that all the reviews were true. She is thorough, called/texted her back when she said she would, and got her an amazing deal on a lease. Once we got to the lot, she attended to us right away and we were out of there within three hours, which was incredible because the dealership was super packed. I have never been personally interested in a Honda, but Kathy may have changed my mind. The transaction was seamless. I wish my experience buying Mazdas was even half as good as my partner's experience with Kathy. If you're interested in a Honda, you don't have to look any further...Kathy is the best! More

Awesome Service Came in on recommendation from my sister who's family owns three Hondas; Crosstour, Accord, Civic, and we also own a CRV my sister said go in and talk Came in on recommendation from my sister who's family owns three Hondas; Crosstour, Accord, Civic, and we also own a CRV my sister said go in and talk to Junior Morales so I said obliged I went in and he was available right away I went in wanting the 2016 Accord Sport Junior told me about the car and let me test drive one he wasn't the typical car salesman who tries to suck you dry of you money. He really wanted me to drive off the lot that day (May 1st). So we got to negotiating, and FYI I had no credit history, he threw some numbers around on how much it would be under just my name the payments were too high and I couldn't afford it, he worked with me and said I could get a cosigner and it would help out. So i did, my dad cosigned and the option was to lease with my old car and some cash on top as down payment and the monthly payment was awesome. I plan on keeping the car after the three years I'm not getting rid of that thing until it won't run anymore. Long story short I drove off that lot in my new Accord Sport thanks to Junior he's also been available by text and calls to answer all my questions even at 10pm I love that he was so dedicated to helping me out and still is I would recommend this dealership and Junior Morales to all my friends they make you feel like you got a great deal. There's no substitute for great service and Junior definitely delivered! More
