What made this experience great was that it was our second visit in 2 weeks as my sister looked and test drove other cars. Sylvia was very patient and pleasant to work with she made the process go smoothly. While looking for my sisters car I started becoming interest in a new car for myself. I already had a pilot and I liked the new design of the 2016 model, and after negotiating a good price for my car trade in value I left with a new Pilot for myself.
