Sylvia, who put me in a 2016 Honda Civic went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy for buying a car for the first time. I'm so grateful for her and would recommend anyone to work with her if buying a car from Galpin. Sylvia was efficient and didn't leave me clueless with the car buying process. We often hear that car sales people are crooks but Sylvia is literally in it for the customer...wants to see a big smile on our faces as we drive into the world with a new car. ?? More

Buying the 3rd car at the same dealer is a BIG DEAL. Why BIG DEAL? because I TRUST them in giving the quality car that you are looking for and there are also several available color choices. Also, The service is excellent and Mr Yusuf Fuad always helped me to get a good deal. To me it was the lowest deal compared to any places in LA.
