When we arrived at Galpin Honda, Ali Ashikali provided us with excellent customer service. He was very helpful and patient. He worked so hard and gave us the deal we wanted. We worked directly with DONNA ALVAREZ, who is amazing at her job! If you are looking to purchase or lease a vehicle-- I highly recommend that you request to work with/ask for Donna Alvarez. She is professional, trustworthy, friendly and personable, knowledgable about the vehicles and the leasing/purchasing process, and is a true pleasure to do business with. We came into the dealership over a very busy Memorial Day weekend and Donna Alvarez worked patiently with us (and very quickly behind the scenes) to help us lease TWO new cars. Despite the fact that it was our first time purchasing cars, we felt extremely comfortable working with Donna and trusted that she was working to get us the best possible deals on our cars. (Me and my fiancé are both attorneys who worked in NYC for several years, so our trust does not come easy.) The dealership itself is also pretty incredible. They provide free bottled water, soda, or coffee while you wait, there is an on-site cafe, as well as a kids playroom, basketball shooting area, and clowns who do face-painting and make balloons for the kids. On the two days we were there, the dealership also gave out free pizza and grilled kabobs to customers. It was very clear that Galpin Honda Mission Hills values their customers, believes in great customer service, and takes pride in their work. Remember to ask for Donna Alvarez!! I suggest contacting the dealership in advance to make an appointment with Donna, but you can also walk-in without and an appointment and ask for her directly. Me and my fiancé are SO happy we did. Best experience ever! I came here on June 3rd and drove off with a silver 2016 Honda Accord Sport sedan. I'll say this first, I am not into shopping around for cars and the hours of negotiating before coming to terms with a price. My family loves Honda, but usually we spend a whole day at the dealership (Kolbe, Miller, etc.) so I really wasn't looking forward to the experience. That is, until Chaudry Ahmed came up to my dad and I, and helped us out. Chaudry is not only a true professional that really wants to help you find your dream car, but he is really a great guy that just loves what he does. I already knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay per month. Chaudry made it happen in under two hours! Keep in mind, this is us creating a profile in the system, going to see the car I wanted, test driving it, and negotiating the price. He wasn't the only helpful one, Matthew in Finance is just as awesome and extremely quick. I signed the contract and all the paperwork was completed in 20 minutes! Overall, I spent about less than 3 hours at the dealership thanks to Chaudry and Matthew. I highly recommend Galpin Honda to anyone looking to buy a Honda because these guys are amazing!
