I am now a business owner and needed something reliable that also made me stand out. The staff was very welcoming, I never experienced this at Chevy or Toyota. I have to say that they surprised me in every step I took, I had so many questions and concerns. Sylvia heard them all and gave me her honest feedback, She took her time with me and I truly appreciate that. I finally made my decision, traded in my chevy traverse for a Honda Pilot. I drove off with the car that made me happy and that's gonna help with me with my new business. I have to truly thank Sylvia and Joe *finance sales associate* for making this process even less stressful than I imagine and explaining everything to me, I'm for sure coming back. I even had the chance to speak with the Manager Frank, for him to take time off his busy schedule to make me feel at home truly was the cherry on top.. thank you again. More
