Unbelievable VIP Treatment I can see why this is the #2 dealership in the nation. Galpin Honda will by far be the best dealership in Los Angeles in my mind based on my experienc I can see why this is the #2 dealership in the nation. Galpin Honda will by far be the best dealership in Los Angeles in my mind based on my experience in all of the other Honda dealerships. The level of customer service is beyond words as you not only feel like a valued customer, but are treated with such a high level of respect and care. I felt unbelievably lucky to have worked with Alexander Tumasov as he was an invaluable resource in going over everything with me and answered every single question I had with regards to my lease. I wasn't pushed around, rushed or manipulated in anyway - I felt like he was beyond helpful in getting me the deal I wanted. He was very kind, incredibly generous with his time and made me feel like an old friend. As I said earlier, the level of customer service was superb all the way around. From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I made a deal, shook hands and received my keys. I truly felt like I was given the ultimate VIP treatment.
