Great Experience I recently bought a Honda Civic Hatchback from Galpin and could not have been happier with the experience. I worked with the internet team there of Michael Skierka (price) and Amanda Uncapher (everything else). Once I arrived I was greeted by Amanda who made the car buying experience a joy. Her effusive personality immediately put me at ease and made the whole buying process a joy. Her breadth of knowledge was impressive, I could not believe that she has been there less than a year. I was amazed at how quickly the dealership rolled the car, no waiting around. After driving the car off the lot, I had an issue with the tire pressure. I called Amanda and she told me to come back in. When I got there, she met me at the door and told me that she was going to take care of the issue, it didn’t matter who was at fault. I was expecting finger pointing and a fight… she and Galpin did the right thing. Riley was the technician who fixed my tire problem. He took me in right away and fixed the problem within minutes. He patiently explained the problem and the solution. He was wonderful! Thank you Riley for taking the time out to fix things right! I have bought over 20 cars for friends and family. I can say that this was the best experience I’ve had by far! Thank you Galpin for the great car and wonderful experience. More

Positive Experience This by far has been the best dealership visit yet. I was pretty nervous at first, because I wasn't too sure how the trade in process works. however, This by far has been the best dealership visit yet. Gee, after finding out my situation, provided expert customer service. he helped me get into the car I wanted .
