Great Experience We went to Galpin Honda due to their large selection of available cars and when we arrived we were not disappointed. Overcharge for service My son has an older civic, had some battery problems and stopped in galpin honda. He was told he needed a new alternator and that it would cost $700 My son has an older civic, had some battery problems and stopped in galpin honda. He was told he needed a new alternator and that it would cost $700 to install. Fortunately, his battery was under warranty and because he didn't have enough money, he chose to wait on the alternator. My son was able to find the part for $120 and have it installed for $85 the next day. I'm extremely disappointed and upset that Galpin Honda would exploit my son and charge such an outrageous amount, and they also charged him $135 to change the battery and do the inspection- guess they couldn't let him leave without getting a good amount from him. We will never buy anything from this dealership again and WILL let everyone we know how much they overcharge for services. More
