Even after hearing so much praise for Galpin Honda, I was still timid to go auto shopping. I am a first time auto buyer, coming in with what I thought poor credit, needing my mother to co-sign. Not only did I qualify for auto financing on my own, their compassion towards my car anxiety, made the auto buying process much more comfortable. I was helped by Junior Morales, whom I was referred to by my coworker; her self, and her whole family has purchased their vehicles from this dealership/Junior. During the wait time, a teammate of his, Sylvia, kept me company and took my mind of the car buying process and talked about family. I felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of.
