My daughter needed a car and she loved her previous Honda CRV, but since we were going to lease this time, we went with the Honda HRV EXL. Having been a "Sales Executive" for 35 years, I was NOT going to go through the intimidating, grueling negotiations and waiting. So, I called 6 dealerships, received quotes and chose the lowest two to review their pricing. The lowest rate was provided to me by Chaudry Ahmed at Galpin Honda. I had thrown a wide net and it was worth it, to do my phone work before visiting. We had a plan, a choice and were ready to go. He knew before we got there. We did not want to receive additional "Add-On's" and price increases, unless, we were truly found them useful . Chaudry Ahmed was wonderful. He was efficient and fast. Being "fast" is almost impossible if you need to review the persons credit. Chaudry really fought for me to get the deal done with only my credit report, which wasn't as strong as necessary due to past debts and inconsistent freelance work. He did it ! He really challenged - to get me the best price and I know that, having reviewed all possibilities with 6 dealerships. When my credit score increased the price, he fought for a compromise in the middle, I have only bought my cars and this was my first "lease" experience and whew, it wasn't purgatory. To top it off, this other wonderful agent, Matthew Zaragoza went through ALL of the lease rules and options - being a "Human" - to summarized and advise - never a hint of selling, but just purely informational. He was clear and concise. Even my 25 year old after, 5 hours, felt relief. This was by far my most humane, even enjoyable, experience at a car dealership.
