Incredible experience I called Hugo looking for a specific Civic Hatchback and Hugo made sure that Galpin had it for me before I made the hour long drive up there the follo I called Hugo looking for a specific Civic Hatchback and Hugo made sure that Galpin had it for me before I made the hour long drive up there the following day. He came in on his day off the following day and within a few hours I was out the door and in my new car. I had had a previous poor experience earlier in the week at the Honda dealership in Marina Del Rey and Hugo and Galpin made such a big difference for me. I highly recommend him and the dealership. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely happy. More
