I was unsure if I would even be able to lease a car with my current credit, but Arbi made me aware of all of my options all while maintaining a feeling of comfortability which took a lot of the stress out the car buying/leasing process. In the end I was able to get the car I wanted and at an amazing price/deal. Its hard to find car salesmen who are doing their job to sell cars but make sure their customers feel taken care of at the same time. 2017 Honda Civic I’ve been driving a Honda for over 14 years, and when the time was up for a new car, it was a no brainer to get another…it was just a matter of which I’ve been driving a Honda for over 14 years, and when the time was up for a new car, it was a no brainer to get another…it was just a matter of which one. I had been test driving cars and couldn’t make up my mind. I decided I was going to go in one last time JUST to test drive with no intentions of buying that day. When I walked into Galpin and met Hugo Lopez, I told him just that from the beginning, which you would expect a car sales man to walk away, but not Hugo. He was not only patient with me but he was very knowledgable, and even better, he was honest. I learned more from him about the cars than anywhere else. After much back and forth on my end, we decided on a White Honda Civic. Again after telling him I had no intentions on buying that day, he still looked throughout their lots for the exact one I wanted and found it just in case and we drove it back to the main lot. He did not put any pressure on me what so ever and was very patient as we went back and forth on numbers. After 7 long hours we finally closed on the car. That’s right…7 hours he spent with just us and nobody else knowing that I may not even buy a car from him…now that right there says a lot about Hugo! More
