When I walked in I was cranky because it was hot as xxxx and I really didn't want to be there, but that quickly changed. Silas was extremely patient and catered to my needs (he even bought me lunch). He was able to get me an incredible deal, and even threw in a few extra perks. I dropped my car off a few days later for window tint and other features, and left in a loaner. When I came back to pick it up there was a minor overlook on behalf of the service department. They were extremely apologetic. I understand accidents happen and often times they can easily be avoided, yet it was very difficult for me to be upset with them because of their swiftness in correcting the issue. Long story short, I left my car and took the loaner again. But this time, when the vehicle was ready Silas actually brought the car to me for my convenience, AND he brought presents for my car. He was embarrassed by what happened with the service department (which was completely out of his control, and not his fault). I have never been treated this way at a dealership before, the hospitality here is incredible. I would without a doubt refer others to Silas as well. More
