Don't let me forget to mention our sales rep Javier Navarro, whom continues to blow our kind with his AMAZING customer service! We live in Simi Valley and this man drove all the way to our house to have us sign a contract we made amendments to (with no hassle at all) so we didn't have to deal with waiting around at the dealership again! Unheard of! Even called him again today to request copies of our credit reports... not only did he respond right away, but our credit reports are already waiting for our pick up at the front desk! I would definitely recommend everyone I know looking for a car to go see Javier at Galpin Honda! Couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you Galpin! ... and extra special thanks to Javier Navarro! Been in the market for a pickup for about year and Ulysses Martinez, the Sales Consultant for Honda of Mission Hills, was an asset in my decision of the purchase. Except for the amount of time that it took to finalize my purchase Galpin Honda is one of the finest dealership in Mission Hills that I have ever dealt with……..all their employees are quiet friendly.
