Honest, Helpful, and knowledgable. I owned an 1987 Jetta, and was looking for a newer car that was reliable as well. I wanted a stick shift. A brand new car was definitely out of the qu I owned an 1987 Jetta, and was looking for a newer car that was reliable as well. I wanted a stick shift. A brand new car was definitely out of the question due to my low budget. JC was very helpful in helping me find the only used civic on the lot that wasn't a sports model. It was later in the day when i first looked at the car and test drove it, and I told him I would be back in a couple of days. I came back and it was still on the lot, so we worked on the deal for a while and after we came to terms I signed as a new satisfied customer. JC was on point with his knowledge about the features of the vehicle when we were doing our walk around. During the walk around I noticed a few minor issues on the inside as well as well the outside of the vehicle that I had missed prior to signing the papers. I pointed them out to JC and he took matters into his own hands and we set up for me to bring the car back and he got the issues dealt with! Much appreciated, and definitely satisfied.
