I was also a cash customer so this transaction was pretty simple. My Internet sales rep, Letty Lopez, was punctual for my appointment time, knew what vehicle I wanted, knew the agreed upon price, and didn't try to upsell me on anything (which I very much appreciated). I didn't feel overly pressured in the F and I office either (again, a PLUS). Yes, they offered me a maintenance package (which I declined) and extended warranty (which I ended up accepting). Overall, it was a pleasant experience. My only complaint is that my experience at the dealership took over 4 hours--not really sure why given how stream-lined this should have been for them. As a point of reference, my quickest experience in purchasing a vehicle in cash was 1.5 hours (at a competitive dealership). More
