Excellent in every way I just bought my second Honda from Galpin Honda. In the past I have purchased multiple cars from the Galpin family of dealerships, so I am a loyal cus I just bought my second Honda from Galpin Honda. In the past I have purchased multiple cars from the Galpin family of dealerships, so I am a loyal customer. This most recent experience was particularly good. I went in with a very specific idea of what I wanted. Our sales person was Alexander Tumasov and he was beyond excellent! He listened to me and didn't try to push anything other than what I asked for. This matters to me a lot, as I respond very poorly to pushy salespeople, and have been known to walk out of places if their salespeople don't listen. Alexander was amazing. He was knowledgeable, efficient, funny and even did card tricks for us while we waited for the paperwork to be drawn up. I am thrilled with our experience from beginning to end, and especially wish to commend Alexander! More

As my lease was up, I was looking to now purchase, and another exceptional empl Today I bought a beautiful new Honda Accord from Galpin/Armen Bandari. As my lease was up, I was looking to now purchase, and another exceptional employee, KYLEE DAWSON, connected me with Armen. Armen's response time to my calls was amazing, and was only matched by his knowledge, professionalism, and patience. Initially I wanted a CR-V, and Armen accommodated my work schedule to enable me to do the test drive. I realized immediately that the car was not for me. Instead, we shifted to the Accord, and Armen jumped into action giving me the exact sale price and locating the color and trim I wanted. As busy as he was, and as in demand as he seemed to be, he treated me like I was the only customer that mattered. He gave me an INCREDIBLE price, and repeatedly thanked me for my loyalty (I've been a Honda customer since 2001). VERONICA FLORES in Finance also expedited all the paperwork in a timely manner and was so wonderful to work with.
