She went above and beyond and patiently kept in touch with me for about a month while I finalized my decision. There were several people I could have bought from but I chose to buy from her. That said, I DID have some issues with the length of time it took me to get to finance (not Letty's fault). As a former salesperson myself, I know this is when people are going to be most likely to change their mind. I was at the dealership well over 6 hours to buy the car. In addition, because it was after midnight when I left the dealership, some plastic had been left wrapped around what I can only assume is my exhaust. The car exceeded 100 miles before I realized there was an issue. This is not Letty's fault, nor is it mine. I was not extremely satisfied to have to return to the dealership and demand priority for the removal service. And still I have anxiety about the potential damage done to my brand new car. More

Had been the person who assisted me in test driving cars and even picking out a car. He was very helpful, kind, and considerate. Micael even showed me a few colors of the car I wanted. He also gave me and my two kids complimentary drinks. Even though I still had another car on my mind, Micael was still patient with me.
