After checking out and testing driving the car during my first visit to the dealership, I waited a week or so before returning to Galpin to purchase the car. During that time, Micael followed up with me just the right amount and never made me feel pressured to speed up the process. He also did everything he could to make sure I got a great deal. When I went in to fill out the paperwork, the process took a total of 4 hours on a busy day, but Micael assisted every step of the way and made it as painless as possible.
