A great used car buying experience. I just purchased a used car at Galpin Honda and I was very pleased with the process. Chaudry Ahmed was the salesman who took care of me, and he did a I just purchased a used car at Galpin Honda and I was very pleased with the process. Chaudry Ahmed was the salesman who took care of me, and he did a great job all around. I found the car on Autotrader and it was exactly as listed. Chaudry had the car ready to show when I arrived late in the evening and after looking it over we took it out for a short drive. I returned a couple days later to see it in daylight and inspect it; again, it was ready to go and met my expectations. Chaudry’s associate, Edwin, also spent time with me that day and help things along. Chaudry got the papers ready and I proceeded with the purchase. Galpin furnished the Carfax and Autocheck reports, giving me confidence in my choice. The entire time, I was treated as if I was buying a top of the line new car rather than the oddball used car of the lot. While I was happy to take my purchase home that night, I was unable to return promptly to retrieve my other car. When I returned the next day, Chaudry picked me up at the train station ON HIS DAY OFF, delivered me back to the dealership, and made sure I got my other car without any trouble. Galpin is a busy place and I can see why. Even late in the evening folks are getting cars there. And not only do they have the usual complimentary coffee, they have a sandwich and snack kiosk in the corner, so you never have to go hungry. I will highly recommend Galpin Honda, and Chaudry, to my friends for their new or used car needs. More

Rocky start but finished with a bang I was car shopping from a few dealerships and Galpin Honda was one of them. Some of the other dealers in the area didn't want to give me a total out t I was car shopping from a few dealerships and Galpin Honda was one of them. Some of the other dealers in the area didn't want to give me a total out the door price quote before I went in but Rhyner had no problems doing that from the very beginning. They beat every offer I brought before them. They didn't ask me what the lowest bid was so they could beat it, they bid honestly and fairly right from the start and that was what led me to walk into their dealership. We walked in and sat down, all the processes were smooth up to the finance point. There was some miscommunication about the finance rates of different trims of the car and it was going to end up costing me about a grand or two more. I was a little nonplussed. However, Rhyner and his manager Chris worked with me every single step of the way and went incredibly out of their way to make things right. Absolutely stellar people and an even more stellar experience. The next Honda I buy, I'm going to nowhere else but Galpin first. More
