Alexander was awesome!! Alexander was a HUGE help for me in my search for my awesome new cosmic blue 2017 Honda Civic!! When I got to the lot, he helped me right away - never Alexander was a HUGE help for me in my search for my awesome new cosmic blue 2017 Honda Civic!! When I got to the lot, he helped me right away - never pressured me, always made me feel comfortable and was generous with his time and also his jokes as his job in another life could be as a comedian!! One of my favorite moments was when he and his manager looked at me and asked "Did you realize this whole time you weren't talking to Jr??" Whose desk we'd been sitting at and I'd referred to Alexander as about 10 times - Ahhhh!! HA! Then, I made a good joke about sports and he laughed, he said, you're a quick one, that was pretty funny! I was glad to know I made him laugh too :) So as soon as I settled on the cosmic blue Civic, he made sure to give me his cell # and said he'd call back in a few days, which he did! I told him yes, we were ready to make a deal Saturday around 1pm. He checked in with me Saturday morning to see if we were still on for 1pm, and as the day went on, time ran away from me, but I kept him posted throughout, and as soon as we got there, we made sure to get to us within 5 minutes! He walked me through the straightforward internet price quote in about 10 minutes, walked me through the trade in value that was exactly as kelly blue book stated in about 5 minutes, and then we sat down and started going through the paperwork which may have taken an hour or so but seemed to go faster than I'd definitely expected! The best part of the stress-free/hassle-free/enjoyable time with Alexander?? His magic tricks - NO kidding!! He actually did professional card tricks for us as we waited for finance and for the finishing touches on our car detailing! He was SO impressive! So...to sum it up...see Alexander at Galpin Honda NOW if you're even remotely on the fence about any Honda they may have...he will treat you very well, not pressure you at all, and even may make you laugh while you're at it :-) One of the best car-buying experiences I've been fortunate to have in my life (only my fourth car to-date).
