After numerous months of looking for a large SUV online, and at other Chevrolet dealerships, we finally found one that caught our attention at Galles. We decided that we should see what they had in their i and at other Chevrolet dealerships, we finally found one that caught our attention at Galles. We decided that we should see what they had in their inventory. We were greeted by Chris Ruth and he began to walk us through much of their used inventory that somewhat met our requirements. When we left that day without purchasing, Chris knew our wants and our budget. He worked tirelessly to find vehicles that he thought we might want. He met with us and showed us numerous vehicles. He never gave up even when we left without purchasing over and over again. Chris was always courteous and patient. I truly felt that he never tried to sell us anything, rather he continued to show us vehicles he knew we might want and would be satisfied with. After over a month of working with Chris, he found us exactly what we wanted and at a price we were willing to spend. I am completely satisfied with my 2013 Suburban LT!! I absolutely love it and the price was exactly where it needed to be! Chris went above and beyond our expectations. He was determined to find us a vehicle and never ever tried to "sell" us a vehicle. I would definitely recommend Galles Chevrolet and Chris Ruth! I truly felt that he had our best interest at heart. More
We will recommend this dealership but with a caveat. As a result we have put out money that we were promised to be reimbursed as soon as we presented them with an invoice only to be told when we presented said invoice that we had to wait for a few days. We had even called prior to laying out the funds to be sure. Also found our car listed the day after we purchased it on their website for $1,000 less than what they sold it to us for, this information was not available the evening prior. There were also a couple of other small inconsistencies that we later learned not to be the case but ended up cost us more than what we had originally planned on spending. We live approx an hour out of town so to be told one price over the phone, agree to it and then drive all the way into town to find out that the price/payment was $50.00 higher each time got really old. Therefore should you decide to do business with them, check everything and ask a lot of questions to be sure you're getting what you want. ******REVISED******* I must say I was very impressed with Galles today. AfterJoe Ruth the Sales Manager took the time to listen to our concerns he promptly handled them to our satisfaction. Not many dearlership would have gone that extra mile to be sure our experience with them was a good one. Apparently it's very important to Galles therefore we will not only recommend Galles we will also go back when the time comes for another vehicle. Thank You Cathy Chapel, Joe Ruth and Galles for being concerned and not resting until we were happy. You've certainly earned our business. More
Upper Management and service were fantastic! My salesman was very friendly, but I'm sorry to say a bit like the car salesman of the past. He was reluctant to answer straight forward. And neglected to inform me about the tire low pressure light coming on while he was driving to meet me for vehicle drop off. There was a slow leak and I still had an hour to drive on the highway with no services. This and another situation were quickly remedied by Mike Triviglo(?) the general manager. I had added the seat heater and they are working great, Leonard is the managing serviceman. More
I had purchased new car in 2010, traded it for a Ford Pickup and applied for refund of unused credit life and gap insurance. They did not know how to do it was not very accomdating at all. They are good at the sale but terrible and service afterwords. I had service done there twice and was treated terrible. Had purchased a extended warranty but whenhad an issue was told they no longer dealt with that warranty company and I was on my own. I would never buy another car there. More

I inherited a '95 Saturn SL2. It only had 35,000 miles on it, but it hadn't been driven or serviced for quite a while. I told Candice Munoz, the Service Advisor, that I needed to take the car on a long t on it, but it hadn't been driven or serviced for quite a while. I told Candice Munoz, the Service Advisor, that I needed to take the car on a long trip to help a sick family member, and I was nervous about the safety of the vehicle. Candice had their mechanics thoroughly check it out, and it needed a lot of work. They replaced the spark plugs, cracked drive belt, transmission filter, coolant, ect sensor and connector, and a valve cover gasket. They even gave me a loaner car because the repairs would take quite a while. The car drove like a dream through some pretty desolate areas for over 3,000 miles straight. I am very grateful to and impressed with Candice Munoz and the Galles mechanics. More
