My husband and I did experience an issue at Gallas however they took good care of us once they were made aware of the issue. My biggest concern was having a safe spacious vehicle for my family and I received that. The general manager was awesome and got us an amazing deal on are new car, helped us with our trade in and even got us a good warranty on our new car. The vehicle I wanted was a bit out of my reach but they made it happen. The GM provided great service and got us out the door in no time. Our story goes to show that Galles always takes care of their customers. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle and am blessed to have a safe car to commute in with my daughter.
