The service department seems to do good work, but I question the costs. I bought my Kia at a Fire dealership and was given 4 free oil changes. My 4th and final was done this week along with brake replacement. They told me the last time I was in, I’d need new pads. I came in for that expecting to pay in the 300-500 range (what I’d seen as avg costs online). I was told 1100 because they don’t like to change pads and not do rotors too because there are sometimes rings on the rotors that mess up pads. I asked if there were rings. They said no and they’d just do pads, but it voided all warranties. In the end, my out the door cost was 716. They charged me for my free oil change too. More

This dealership keeps calling me and harassing me even though I've been verbally assured twice now that calling my number was an accident and that my number would be deleted. I've never been to this car dealership in my life and I am not at all in the market for a new vehicle. My last new car purchase was only 5 years ago and in an entire xxxxing different state, in Texas. I don't know how they got my number but they will not leave me the alone. I was sold a vehicle from a different company and had nothing but issues with the car and the dealership. I finally decided it was time to go to a reputable dealership spend the money to get a dependable nothing but issues with the car and the dealership. I finally decided it was time to go to a reputable dealership spend the money to get a dependable vehicle from a company who would treat me right. Sadly I was mistaken. I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape immediately starting having issues with it. I was told if it was an intermittent problem they wouldn't be able to determine what it was until it was a constant issue. It got to the point where my car would not go in or out of gear I had it towed to the service department. It's been over 3 months and they have no idea when the parts will arrive to make the repairs. I have a loaner, they call it a rental, had to push to even get the loaner and now I have to return it because I have had it to long. I am in the exact same position I was when I came to this dealership. Paying for a car I can't drive and having to give back to my loaner. The bank expects their payment the dealership expects their loaner back and I'm here out over $20k and no vehicle. I understand parts can be hard to get but because you're company has stock issues I have to eat it. I'm disappointed nothing has been done to help resolve my issue, at this point I wish I could give the car back and wipe my hands of it all. Very disappointed all the way around and will be sure not to send anyone else here. More
