I purchased a used vehicle on March 9, 2024 at Gallery Ford in Pekin Illinois. After I purchased the vehicle, I was very disappointed in the service I received, but I went back today on March 25 and spoke Ford in Pekin Illinois. After I purchased the vehicle, I was very disappointed in the service I received, but I went back today on March 25 and spoke with William who is the owner of the business, and he made everything right the way it should’ve been in the first place, and he apologized and made everything right for the vehicle and for me I was very impressed with the service I received. They have had a lot of changes just in the last 2 weeks which has improved the business by 100%. I would definitely take all of my vehicles there again and recommend them for service and purchases. Thank you William and everyone I met today at Gallery Ford. More
Scheduled an appointment for 10am for an oil change and a diagnostic test. I called them at 2pm for an update, but the phone just kept ringing. Stopped in to ask for an update and 6 staff members were sittin diagnostic test. I called them at 2pm for an update, but the phone just kept ringing. Stopped in to ask for an update and 6 staff members were sitting around the front desk bsing. One decided to see what I wanted. I asked for an update and he said it was still running a diagnostic and it could take 20 minutes or two hours. A few hours later I call and can’t get through. I call sales department and they informed me that the service department was closed for the day. I call the next morning and the receptionist asked me for a callback number, but never asked my name or what vehicle I was calling for. There is something very wrong about Gallery Ford’s service department. There is little if any customer service. Never going back to this dealership, ever. More
24 hours after taking delivery, 3 paint issues were noticed on the drivers door, so I advised the dealership. I was assured that they would take care of it, and re-earn my business. They sent the truck to a painter that works under a tree with 2 eye patches for a repair. It came back worse than I left it. There was buffing compound splattered all over the running boards, the mirrors, the handles, and the surrounding paint areas. Finally after the run around, and lip service, I’ve decided to take my truck to an auto body shop and pay for the repair out of pocket. They did offer me 200 bucks as a referral fee to help with the $1100.00 repair I’m faced with. Nobody spends money on a new truck, to be played with. There is absolutely No service after the sale. I will never darken their door again, and will do my best to steer friends and family away from them. Absolutely a dishonest management team. Life is too short to buy from this group. Wow… never again. The dealer does no pre delivery inspection with their eyes open, so look over your purchase we, because they won’t be there to help. More

Took my edge in for a transmission filter and fluid change. Made appointment week ahead. Got there at 8am and at 11am was told they didn't have filter. Was told it would be 1pm for filter. Was taken ho change. Made appointment week ahead. Got there at 8am and at 11am was told they didn't have filter. Was told it would be 1pm for filter. Was taken home to Manito to wait. At 4pm still nothing done. Was told the transmission would have to come out of vehicle to change filter. Guess we didn't know this ahead of time and also didn't know we didn't have a filter either. Got the edge and came home. All day and nothing done. Won't be back for anything. I'm done with this dealership. More
