Made me to drive over 400 miles for nothing:((((( I saw this days a car on their website and decided to call. Talk to Tim Collins who looks like is a Internet Sales Rep and made me a appointment on 03 I saw this days a car on their website and decided to call. Talk to Tim Collins who looks like is a Internet Sales Rep and made me a appointment on 03.30.2020 at 4:45 pm to discuss with the manager Dale Willis to see the car and discuss about the sale. I forgot to mention that I leave in Florida and had to drive over 400 miles for this car . Driving toward the dealership which is in Mississippi I called again and confirmed my arrival for 4 pm to their location and got told they have my info and that one of the managers going to take care of me. Once I got there and told them why I'm there.....one lady called Dale. I introduce myself and his first word was......the car just got sold. He had my information and they knew I was on my way to see the car for what they made an appointment. I know I did not put down a deposit to secure the car but if you know as a dealer someone suppose to come to see the car and even confirming with 4 hours before my arrival.....I would think the dealer should've contact me by phone and tell me that there's another potential buyer and inform that buyer as well that if I'm not going to buy the car....they have full priority to buy the car. Instead of that they sold the car right before I suppose to arrive from Florida to see this car. Next day getting a phone to ask me on how was my experience at the dealership. I work in customer service but their customer service at this time was under any expectations. Really poor customer service and really bad experience after more than 5 hours driving and gas spend to get there. More
