The last three were all purcha ***HAPPY GALLERIA BMW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE*** This is my 4th BMW purchase with BMW Galleria and 5th BMW purchase overall. The last three were all purchased through Sonya West. We purchased our latest BMW last week with Sonya West. My expectations are always high and BMW Galleria does not disappoint. Our experience was exceptional as usual. I called Sonya West earlier in the week and told her I would like to test drive an X5 as we needed to move up from the X3 for size and towing capacity. A loaded X5 was waiting for me to test drive upon arrival, no drama or pressure. In fact, we handed her the keys back after our test drive and went home to think it over - no pressure whatsoever. We called her mid week and gave her our budget and the must have options. When we returned the following week she was ready with the car that had the options we selected, the price point we provided and the paperwork ready. She found the right X5 for us and we were in and out and on our way to the mountains for a much needed family vacation in our new X5 within 2 hours. Sonya West was great at communicating the options available in my price range with no pressure. We didn’t haggle, didn’t go back and forth on trade in value. This is how car buying should be. You can tell Sonya loves her job because it is evident when she is telling you about BMW, the brand, the vehicles, etc. This is not just a job to her. She wants you to love your BMW not only the day you’re buying it but over the life of your car. She is there for all of your needs and takes pride in making sure you are not just a one time customer. Once you buy at Galleria BMW you are a Galleria BMW family member for life. I’ve sent several friends and family members to Galleria and they all drive away happy in their new BMWs. This is what you are buying when you purchase a BMW...professional, courteous and hassle free experience whether it be when you purchase or during service visits. Amber Fisher in finance was great too. There was no pressure to buy extras. She explained what each one covered and let me choose which ones I wanted on a tablet. No hassles! I highly recommend Sonya West and the Galleria BMW Team. I will definitely return when I am ready for my next BMW. I think my husband is now ready for something new because he keeps driving my new X5. Thank you to Sonya, Amber and the Galleria BMW Team! More

Horrible service Really horrible experience with the repairs. I took my BMW to Galleria three times to fix the same problem. I had my car at the repair for a few week Really horrible experience with the repairs. I took my BMW to Galleria three times to fix the same problem. I had my car at the repair for a few week each time. I never got any good updates from them and had to call multiple times to get any updates on the car. On the third time I sent the vehicle in to get their best repair guy, I called them to get an update 8 days after I left the car and they hadn't even touched it! I'm incredibly disappointed by my entire experience and haven't even received a refund on the first repair which never fixed the problem. Please don't go here and go somewhere else. I am planning on going out of state to get a proper repair. More

My husbands BMW was totaled in January 2020-Sonya West saved our lives! We live in LA and have purchased our BMWs at another dealership for 15 years...a friend suggested we contact Sonya at Galleria since after a month we had no luck getting another that we wanted with our 15 yr relationship with our previous dealership.Within 24 hours Sonya had the perfect BMW for us and when we went to get it it was a presentation beyond belief!!! Sonya was so helpful and so complete with every detail. With our previous dealership we were told we would have to make an appointment with the “BMW Genius” in order to learn about our vehicle, then drive 200+ miles at the scheduled time on weekdays only...Sonya, at Galleria got in our vehicle at the point of sale and taught us more than we ever wanted to know about our vehicle and offered assistance herself at anytime thereafter. Since then she has checked on us often and even during this Covid-19 crisis, and has stayed in touch to take care of us.
