We absorbed over $4000 worth of rental expenses that were not covered by the contract. I called and spoke to who is thought was the owner, but I'm not real sure, however he said he would look into the problem and call me back. I waited but no one called me back. The next morning a call came from the Service dept. stating the truck was ready to be picked up and it was fixed.
