Hey Gallatin Ford - please remind your Oil Change / Tire Rotate Techs that 2020 and later Ford Explorer wheel lug nuts are supposed to be torqued @ 150 ft-lbs and no longer 100 ft-lbs. March 29, 2025 had the oil change "The Works" with Tire Rotation. Every lug nut was later on April 12, 2025 checked and found to be at 100 ft-lbs. ..... Please, remind the techs to follow manufacturer specs on that. More

Had a roof leak in my 2024 lightning, the team was able to identify the problem and seal it up without any issues. Even gave me a complementary drop off valet service when it was completed. After a disappointing experience with the sales team when looking for a new 2018 Ford Escape in November of 2018 (I ended up buying one from Ford of Murfreesboro), and two dismal visits to the service depar looking for a new 2018 Ford Escape in November of 2018 (I ended up buying one from Ford of Murfreesboro), and two dismal visits to the service department for oil changes, I swore I would never go back to Miracle Ford. Fast forward to July of 2024 when we traded our 2018 Escape for a 2024. I received a piece of mail from Ford of Gallatin encouraging me to come in to do business. I wrote a scathing review of Miracle Ford and received a courtesy call from Daniel somebody encouraging me to try the new dealership under new owners. I told him I would try it one more time and glad I did. I brought in the 2024 Escape for an oil change April 3 and was amazed at the positive experience with the service team. Thank goodness there seems to be concern for customers for a change. More
THEY LIED AND SAID THINGS WERE WRONG THAT WERE NOT. THEY STOLE OUT OF MY VEHICLE. THEY DO NOT DO THE WORK THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. IF YOU CALL AND TRY TO COMPLAIN THEY WILL PUT YOU ON ETERNAL HOLD AND THEY STOLE OUT OF MY VEHICLE. THEY DO NOT DO THE WORK THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. IF YOU CALL AND TRY TO COMPLAIN THEY WILL PUT YOU ON ETERNAL HOLD AND NOT COME BACK. By far the worst dealership I have ever seen. If you bought here due to the lifetime powertrain warranty they will not honor it since the buy out. Even when they were miracle, the head of customer relations told me they would do everything in their power to get out of honoring it. Be sure to take anything out of your car when dropped off for service as they will steal from you like they did to me the very first time I took it in for service. If you have something repaired by them IMMEDIATELY take it to another mechanic to be sure they actually did the work. They were supposed to fix a problem that was on both sides of the vehicle but only fixed one side. They also called telling me I needed things done that were not needed for another 25000 miles per the ford manual. I was told WE Auto bought them out so I will be calling them, ford corporate and a lawyer. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They are liars, cheats and downright the worst dealership I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. More
