The main issue comes down to the fact that your vehicle is around 1,500 lbs over limit, being that it is one of the largest F-series trucks. Hi Don, I'm sorry but that is not the case. I work directly with Miracle Ford and live right here in Nashville. I don't know why the response time is different, but I can assure you that it is wrong. It actually shows that you responded at 1:00 PM, which also isn't the case. I will let Robert know that he can try to contact you, but he mentioned that your vehicle was under the company name.

We want to make it clear that we, in no way, have scammed or attempted to scam a warranty company or mislead you. That is not how we do business. We strive to give all customers top quality service... that is how we grow and do business, and we settle for nothing less. Having said that, we have had communication issues in this case, and for that we are sorry. We hope to get this set straight ASAP.
